I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 46509) specializing in individual and couples psychotherapy. I maintain a private practice in Pasadena, California. With over ten years of clinical practice, my areas of expertise include individual, couples and family counseling focusing on issues of:
personal growth and development
eating and body disorders
acute and chronic illness
grief and loss
Jungian oriented dream work.
In addition, I have trained with Jungian analyst and author Marion Woodman along with Mary Hamilton and Ann Skinner in BodySoul Rhythms, a therapeutic process exploring psyche, soma and spirit connection through embodied dreamwork, authentic movement, voice and creative arts therapy. I bring this approach into my practice with individuals, as well as on-going groups and workshops. Embodied presence invites us to connect with aspects of self which can bring deeper meaning and new energy to life.
